34 Days plus one

34 Days was launched at midnight yesterday and its rise in the Amazon top 100 paid chart has been phenomenal, so much more than I could ever have expected. At 3.39 am today I was at 49 in the charts, and at no.10 in psychological thrillers.

As I go to bed tonight I am at no. 50. This means nothing at all to me as regards number of downloads but it means an awful lot to me in every other way.

I have twelve 5* reviews and one 1* from a very disgruntled manic reviewer who gives a bad review to every book she reads, so I am discounting that one.

The comments throughout the day on Facebook have been brilliant and I want to give a special shout out to Bloodhound Books who have steered me through this minefield and have been so supportive. Fred sent me an email today congratulating me and basically saying its an amazing position to be in on the day of release. He finished the email with now get on with the next book.

So that's what I'm doing.
