Decorating trivialities

Sometimes I have to stop writing and join the real world. This is not a good state for me. This week I have had to decorate the lounge. It now looks very clean and tidy (that won't last...) in white and teal and I will be forever grateful to Kirsty for wallpapering the feature wall. We've bought a new carpet and some new white furniture and it all seems sort of... peaceful.

Not so the kitchen. Oh dear.

So now I can get back to Essence of Lavender and actually physically write the stuff that's been whirling around in my brain for the past week.

And maybe a bit of reading...
